John Fredericks Plastics (JFP) has continued its long-term programme of investment with the installation of a new Haffner seamless cill welder, further enhancing efficiency across its manufacturing operation.
The new machine has been introduced to optimise workflow at a key stage in the fabrication process, supporting increasing volumes and ensuring smooth throughput across the factory. By partially automating the cill welding process, JFP has strengthened consistent quality, reduced wastage, increased efficiency whilst offering customers a higher quality finish of products.

The cill welding stage was a natural area to enhance, and investing in dedicated machinery ensures we maintain efficiency as volumes increase.
